Refund Policy

MANAGEMENT FEE REFUND POLICY. The management fees and authorized ad budget charged under this agreement are non-refundable. No refunds will be given after Law Pro Nation has commenced work pursuant to this Agreement. Partial refunds requested prior to commencement of the work may be given at Law Pro Nation’s discretion subject to an administrative and cancellation fee of 10% of the management fees already paid.

RETURNED CHECKS, INSUFFICIENT FUNDS, CHARGE DISPUTES. For any returned or bounced checks, chargebacks or disputes, Law Pro Nation may charge Client the cost of the returned check fee or service fee charged to them, as well as any additional reasonable fees incurred, as applicable. Client agrees to make Law Pro Nation whole within 7 days of being notified of returned or insufficient payments.

AD BUDGET. Law Pro Nation is not responsible for the client’s advertising budget. Client agrees to pay all advertising costs including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, & YouTube ads. Clients will specify the amount they want to spend for their ad budget on a credit card authorization form. Client understands that once the ad budget has been spent it is non-refundable.
